Digital Product - No Refund After Delivery!

Fight Metrics Pro sells digital sports analysis picks delivered by email. Because our product is a digital information service, the following refund policy applies.

Once a pick has been delivered to your email address, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This policy exists because the informational value of a pick is consumed at the moment of delivery, it cannot be "returned."

Event Pick (Single Card)

- No refund once the pick has been delivered to your email.
- If Fight Metrics Pro fails to deliver a pick for an event that takes place, you are entitled to a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Monthly Pass (4 Cards)

- Once the first pick of your pass has been delivered, no refund or partial refund will be issued for remaining picks in the pass.
- Picks in a Monthly Pass are valid for the next 4 UFC events from the date of purchase, not calendar-tied.

Season Pass (45 Cards)

- Once the first pick has been delivered, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued.
- If you wish to pause your Season Pass, contact us and we will make reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis.

What We Do Not Refund

- Dissatisfaction with a pick's outcome. Sports results are inherently uncertain. A well-reasoned, correctly analysed pick can still lose, that is the nature of sports betting.
- Picks you forgot to read or did not see before the event.
- Picks you disagreed with after the result.
- Change of mind after delivery.

Exceptional Circumstances

If Fight Metrics Pro experiences a technical failure that prevents delivery of a pick before the relevant event, we will issue a full credit or refund for that pick at our discretion.
