- Digital Delivery - No Physical Shipping

Fight Metrics Pro sells exclusively digital products. We do not ship any physical goods. There are no shipping costs, no delivery addresses required beyond your email, and no waiting for parcels.

- How Your Pick Is Delivered

All products - Event Pick, Monthly Pass, and Season Pass - are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout.

- Delivery Timeline

Picks are sent before the start of the main card, typically within the 10-24 hours leading up to fight night. The exact delivery time may vary depending on the event schedule and our analysis process.

You will not receive a pick after the event has started.

- After Purchase

1. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
2. Your pick email will follow before the next applicable UFC event.
3. If you have purchased a Monthly Pass or Season Pass, picks will continue to arrive before each subsequent card within your allocation.

- Check Your Spam Folder

Email delivery can occasionally be affected by spam filters. We strongly recommend:

- Adding our email address to your contacts immediately after purchase.
- Checking your spam or junk folder if you have not received a pick within the expected window.

If you believe a pick has not been delivered due to a technical issue on our end, contact us at support@fightmetricspro.com and we will investigate promptly.

- No Physical Address Required

Because we deliver digitally, we do not require a shipping address. Only your **email address** and billing information are needed at checkout.
